BloomBoard is looking for an experienced K-12 marketing professional with excellent communication and writing skills who can wear multiple hats on a small team in a growing business. This role will be responsible for articulating the value proposition, features and benefits of our offering through a broad set of media and managing content-oriented marketing campaigns to drive sales leads.

This position is an individual contributor role within a highly collaborative team, reporting to the CMO.

Responsibilities

• Evolving brand messaging with awareness of competition in the K-12 and higher ed sectors
• Developing / authoring content assets (briefs, case studies, customer stories) and executing national and state-based content campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive qualified sales leads
• Partnering with executive management to conceptualize and facilitate thought leadership webinars and promote registration
• Managing the website and optimizing for qualified lead generation
• Managing our social media presence
• Developing product collateral, print and video, to support the sales team
• Managing paid media campaigns

Job Requirements

• At least 5+ years of marketing experience, with K-12 education experience required.
• Ability to both participate in crafting the marketing strategy, and to create assets and cleanly execute marketing programs.
• Strong writing skills supported by examples of how your marketing has driven business results
• Social media and email marketing experience (familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM system a plus)
• Proficiency with WordPress with some creative ability (complex projects can be outsourced but simple projects are managed internally)
• Familiarity with Adobe Design Suite
• Familiarity with Zoom platform for webinar hosting a plus
