If you really want to take calm and stress relief with you where ever you go and earn some CE credits while you do it, I recommend this course. It's helped me maintain my cool in the classroom and also I use the basics with students when I feel like we all need a "calm down."

I use it for those moments where I feel like I'm about to snap and I can't get away or take a 3 minute breather.
