Educators will work with a team to identify behaviors that align with the team’s shared purpose and create protocols to ensure alignment with the shared purpose.
To earn the micro-credential, you must receive a passing evaluation for Parts 1 and 3 and a score of Proficient or Exemplary for each component in Part 2.
Activity Description (300-word limit):
Submit a document outlining the identified behaviors of staff and students that align with the shared purpose, a document describing the protocol to be used by staff members to support collective responsibility for ensuring alignment with the shared purpose, and survey results or a brief video (less than 5 minutes) that exemplifies the identified behaviors and demonstrates an understanding of the protocol to ensure alignment with shared purpose. (This example could be related to student or staff behaviors.)
Your artifact submission will be assessed based on the following rubric. You must earn a score of Proficient or Exemplary on this portion of the submission in order to earn the micro-credential.
